Before applying Silicone Emulsion the mould should be completely wetted which assures a continuous, stable parting film and helps minimize cost per moldings. Thus it eliminates sticking in extruders, moulds, calendars, and other equipments throughout the rubber processing operation. The technique for applying Silicone Emulsion varies because of deference in production equipment. Silicone Emulsion may sprayed automatically or applied manually by swabbing, wiping, dipping or hand spraying.
NOTE: This Emulsion better shining, then any other commercial 30% Silicone emulsion.
