Heat Sink Compound (Electrical Contacts Grease)

Description:

This is synthetic base grease free from moisture and impurities.
This can work up to 500 amp. Current. This is use for lubrication of electrical spare parts such as contactors etc.

Application:

This grease is used in cell house power station. Steel plants, fertilizers sugar plants and textiles.

Battery terminals, contactors, bus bars, knife switches, large voltage regulators, oltcs, sliding & rotary control valve pins, turret turners, volume control switches etc.

Uses:

Heat sink compound is applied to the base and mounting studs of transistors and diodes and silicone controlled rectifires. It is also an effective thermal coupler on any heat sink device where efficient colling is required.

It has also been used as a high voltage corona-suppressant, non-flammable coating in connections for llback transformers in t.v. sets and similar applications.

Temperature range: (-40°C TO 200°C).
